How to join

Three steps on your iPhone.

Get TestFlight

Install Apple’s free TestFlight app from the App Store on your iPhone.

Open the invite

On your iPhone, tap Join on TestFlight on this page, then tap Accept in TestFlight.

Install the beta

Tap Install. The beta replaces the App Store version and keeps your saved places and settings.

FAQ

Before you join.

Does the beta cost anything?

No. Joining and installing the beta is free. Premium features still require an Unbrella Premium subscription bought in the App Store.

Why can’t I subscribe inside the beta?

Apple does not let TestFlight builds sell real subscriptions. Subscribe in the App Store version, then restore your purchase in the beta.

Do I need an iPhone Duo?

No. The beta runs on any iPhone with iOS 17 or later. iPhone Duo owners also get the new folded, unfolded and split layouts.

Will I lose my saved places?

No. The beta installs over the App Store version and keeps your data. To go back, reinstall Unbrella from the App Store.

How do I send feedback?

Take a screenshot in the beta and TestFlight offers to send it with a note. You can also email [email protected].

How do I leave the beta?

Open TestFlight, choose Unbrella and tap Stop Testing, then reinstall Unbrella from the App Store.
